We are located in the fishing village of Barbate. Our philosophy goes beyond avant-garde trends and embraces the true meaning of traditional almadraba cuisine and the Mediterranean diet, without forgetting well-being. We respect the flavor of our local produce with new techniques and cutting-edge recipes. We are the rediscovery of a unique, sustainable, and seasonal product: almadraba bluefin tuna.
